News Bluefish444 Installer Supports Premiere Pro 1.5, AfterEffects 6.5, Photoshop 7.0 (26/7/2004) Bluefish444 announced today the availability of installer version 4.1.1 for its entire product range of HD/SD SDI and SD Analog/SDI video cards for Windows XP and Windows 2000 Pro, containing support for Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5, Adobe After Effects 6.5, Photoshop 7.0 and Photoshop CS. Bluefish444 provides the first true 10 bit uncompressed plug in for Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5, After Effects 6.5 and Photoshop 7.0/CS in either HD or SD SDI or Analog / SD SDI, utilizing the cross platform QuickTime v210 file format. "Supporting the QuickTime v210 file format allows cross platform design and editing between the Apple Mac and Windows platform. Importing QuickTime files from 3rd party applications with the Bluefish444 64 bit 10 bit YUV uncompressed QuickTime codec does not requiring any rendering from the Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 timeline. True 10 bit uncompressed quality can be seamlessly maintained through out the modern post house or broadcast production studio." says Paul Cameron, Product Support Manager for Bluefish444. Other improvements contained within the Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 plug in include; * 6 or 8 multiple audio channels and 5.1 surround sound audio, Installer version 4.1.1 includes new plug ins for After Effects 6.5. The major improvements to the plug ins are; * support for 16 bit project mode, "Bluefish444's priority is always to maintain the highest 10 bit quality for After Effects users. Maintaining a constant bit depth to that of your source footage throughout the production process is highly sort after in any professional studio, especially when performing intensive color corrections." says Paul Cameron, Bluefish444 Product and Support Manager. Photoshop 7.0 and CS are supported in installer 4.1.1. Bluefish444 have written directly to the Photoshop SDK to ensure that SD or HD projects can be exported through the Bluefish444 video cards directly to a broadcast monitor for preview in the 10 bit YUV color space.
