News All-Vision Open V8 powered by Next Generation Matrox DSX Platform (3/9/2004) Multi-format nonlinear editing system exploits Matrox's "Power of X" architecture and the explosive performance of dedicated hardware to deliver cost-effective, high performance solution to broadcast facilities. Matrox Video Products Group today announced that All-Vision, Inc. has adopted the Matrox DSX platform for its new OpenV8 multi-format nonlinear editing system. All-Vision's innovative Titan architecture allows OpenV8 to use the CPU + GPU to perform complex nonlinear editing in real time.
