EVS Announce Leading HD Editing Software Interoperability with XT (5/5/2005)

EVS XT series servers now directly exchange native High Definition content with popular editing software package, allowing for transparent operation with maximum efficiency

EVS Broadcast Equipment, the leading provider of production server solutions, today announced direct compatibility in High Definition with leading non-linear editing software vendors including Apple Final Cut Pro HD.

The EVS MXF format used on renowned EVS XT series production servers and XFile platform offers direct interoperability with editing software. Demanding live production applications like Shows or Sports Events can save time by starting editing in HD just seconds after recording begins on EVS XT series server.
