Tenomichi releases 3D Edit Version 3 revolutionary video editing software (8/6/2005)

Tenomichi announced today the release of 3D Edit Silver Version 3 and 3D Edit Gold Version 3, it's award winning video editing software.

3D Edit Gold V3 can now play, edit and record many new formats including Divx, WMV and Xvid. Its ability to play and record over seven simultaneous DV videos with special FX in real-time for under $117 is set to radically change the video editing sector. Version 3 heralds over 100 new features, improvements and enhancements to the previous version such as 3D titles, windows based file selection and workflow enhancement.

"We are obviously looking long and hard at the video industry and the spate of consolidation." said Mr Richard Faria, Chairman. "I have the greatest respect for Avid's products and their broadcast heritage. Its going to be interesting to see how the consumer video editing market is affected by its convergence with 3D graphics cards".

"It is our firm opinion that, of all the companies in the video editing sector, Tenomichi is the closest to the new market."

"That new market is represented by the 635 million plus new users with video mobile phones and they are not interested in learning Hollywood speak. These new phones from the likes of Nokia, Sony and Motorola will, for the first time, give new customers access to good quality video recording and they will want to play with video just like they play computer games. 3D Edit V3, with its real-time architecture is the obvious choice for this," he said. "For new users existing video editors just look antiquated and difficult."

3D Edit converts a PC into a real-time video editing suite with stunning Special FX such as fire and explosions at a fraction of the cost of its competitors. It's secret is the ability to harness the power of both the CPU and the GPU (graphic chip) enabling an unparalleled experience for the user whilst making it accessible to both beginners and enthusiast.
