SGO at IBC 2005 with Mistika and Natural Tools (22/7/2005)

Coinciding with this yearÕs IBC exhibition that will be held in Amsterdam during the period starting from the 9th until the 13th of September, S.G.O Holding Company will be exhibiting their latest products developed by the Mistika and Natural Tools development companies in Hall 7 on Stand n¼ 933 Ð S.G.O. (Mistika & Natural Tools).

The Mistika development team will be demonstrating the latest version of Mistika Odin HD running on a Dual Xeon based LINUX Workstation with some 4 terabytes of high performance RAID 5 storage. The new version 2.0 of Mistika will premier the a NEW real time 10bit Digital Intermediate Colour Correction functionalities especially suited for short form as well as long form projects supported by a dedicated colour correction hardware interface.

The latest version of Mistika will also support integrated garbage mattes, split compare tool, vector scopes, advanced FX preset management system, OFX plug-in support including Primatte & The Foundry plugins, and much more.

The Natural Tools development team will be demonstrating Natural News, the Broadcasting Black Box, and the latest Green Box solution.

The Natural News software solution is a simple server based editing solution designed to integrate with the most advanced asset management systems and specially suited for Journalists to use in the most hectic newsroom environments.

The Broadcasting Black Box solution is a digital disk recorder system that will keep a legal copy of the desired minimum period of time in months of a broadcasted video signal. This system also includes a FREE! player software that would enable any user in the network to easily access the material and playback any desired date and hour fragment of the recorded material that in turn can be backup to disk as a separate file or recorded to VTR without ever having to stop recording.

The Green Box product is a cost effective and transportable production system with inbuilt chroma keyer that will enable anybody to capture a LIVE! video feed and composite the signal on top of a digital background whilst at the same time control graphics and title overlays.
