JVC updates DT-V multi-format HD LCD monitor range (28/8/2008)

New 20" and 24" models feature waveform monitoring and improved latency

JVC Professional Europe Ltd. has announced new versions of the 20" and 24" models in the DT-V series of HD multi-format LCD monitors. The DT-V20L3D and DT-V24L3D models now include a superimposed waveform monitor and feature improved latency of less than one frame, ideal for critical OB and studio applications.

The new waveform monitor on the 20" and 24" models can be positioned in any of the four corners of the screen and features an 'over' level function, offering clear indication of possible problem areas. In addition, the monitors feature greatly reduced delay between input signal and image display, thus ensuring faithful picture reproduction, and are widely used throughout the post and broadcast industries.

Traditional front panel operation means anyone used to working with a CRT monitor will find the rotary controls on the DT-V series immediately familiar. These convenient controls let you quickly adjust picture and volume, as well as providing fast, direct access to a variety of functions.
