EVS Reveals New Features for Sports Broadcasting including 3D Live Replay, Hypermotion Control and 1080P 50/60 Record and Play (27/4/2009)

EVS continues to keep OB and live sports broadcasters at the leading edge of technology, offering better resolution, more emotion, and greater dimensions in any production.

As part of the upcoming Multicam 10 software package, new capabilities for sport broadcasting will be available on all existing XT[2]-LSM. Starting in the second quarter of 2009, the following functions will be available on your XT[2]-LSM system:

3D live replays, slow-motion and clipping functions

Full 1080p 50/60Hz (SMPTE372M) recording and playback management
Full control of Hypermotion HD cameras through the RemoteLSM controller including slow-motion and clip management
On-the-fly offside line creator available on all standard RemoteLSM controllers
